With our food we ensure that all our ingredients are seriously and sustainably sourced in the UK to create a true “farm-to-fork” experience. We work with some of the best, small and independent suppliers allowing us to buy the best quality produce and also support their growth. Our fish is responsibly caught and arrives from Lyme Bay to plate within 24 hours. With our wine we have taken the same approach by carefully selecting boutique producers from around the world with unique and interesting stories that we want to bring to life.
We are proud of our provenance and our great relationships with our British suppliers mean we can change our menus frequently to ensure we are using the best seasonal produce that tastes amazing.
Green Earth Appeal
We work with the Green Earth Appeal to raise money and awareness for the sustainable future of the planet . The more people we have dining with us, the more of a positive impact we can make. The donations help plant trees in the developing world, which not only helps counterbalance the carbon footprint of the meal our guests have had but will provide empowerment and opportunity for some of the world’s poorest communities and ultimately, help bring an end to poverty.
Our passion for sustainability and the environment is evidenced by the fact we are one of the founding members of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, with coming up to 10 years of engagement. We live and breath a ‘nothing goes to waste’ policy throughout our business from food waste in the kitchen, to recycling to purchasing sustainable coffee.
